Color Options!

Anodized Silver

Anodized silver is a treated aluminum that is very scratch resistant. It looks great after years of use and has a dull/matte sheen. unfortunately if it does get scratched, it cant be repainted or polished out, as the anodized layer is not a paint.

Painted Options

We offer the following colors: White, Gray, Black Green and Purple. These are all a thin painted layer on aluminum. Painted skins of this type don't have a clear coat like your car does, so they can be scratched easier. When they scratch there is a varying degree of how noticeable the scratches are. See the video below that describes this. Fortunately if you scratch the painted surface, they can be repainted, polished and waxed which will keep them looking good for years and years. White will be the least noticeable if scratched, while black is the most noticeable.  Gray is also a very good option if you want a darker color that wont show scratches.
