Warranty

OVRLND LLC WARRANTY

Owner is responsible for completing warranty cards supplied by the original manufacturer of various accessories. The owner is also responsible for maintaining and protecting the product in accordance with the safety notices, and any failure to so maintain or protect the product shall be deemed misuse or abuse.

LIMITED WARRANTY

THIS WARRANTY EXTENDS ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER (OWNER) OF A NEW UNIT. OVRLND LLC (“OVRLND”), an Arizona LLC, hereby warrants its products against any and all defects in material and workmanship which may become evident within two (2) years from the date of purchase. This warranty only extends to the original owner and applies only to products purchased and used within the United States and Canada.

EXCLUSIONS

This warranty shall not cover any damages arising from:

  • Accidents, abuse, misuse, or lack of maintenance by the original owner/any individual, or any damages resulting from any other persons not within the control of OVRLND.

  • Vehicle-related stresses, including but not limited to, damage caused by truck bed flex, chassis torsion, vehicle frame twisting, or improper mounting/installation by the user or third parties.

  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to, the normal deterioration, compression, or wear of gasketing, weather seals, gas struts, latches, latch covers, canvas, and similar components.

  • Cosmetic flaws and fading, including but not limited to fading, chalking, or discoloration of exterior paint, aluminum skin, trim, canvas, and decorative items due to wear or UV exposure, as well as any cosmetic flaws that are not structural and do not affect the use or integrity of the product.

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs not performed or explicitly approved in writing by OVRLND.

  • Environmental conditions or Acts of God, including but not limited to, road salt, hail, wind, freezing, flooding, or fire.

THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

Appliances and components including ranges, fans, vents, solar equipment, refrigerators, ice boxes, toilets, furnaces, water pumps, converters, and certain other accessories are separately guaranteed by the respective manufacturers of such products, and all warranty registrations on those products shall be filed with the respective manufacturers by the original owner. Any such products covered by their original manufacturer's warranties are not included within OVRLND’s warranty, and OVRLND disclaims all express warranties and any and all implied warranties on such items.

WARRANTY SERVICES & LIMITATION OF REMEDIES

Warranty issues must be emailed to info@campovrlnd.com. If a warranty claim is approved by OVRLND, OVRLND’s sole obligation shall be the repair or replacement of the defective product or parts. It is the customer's responsibility to ship and/or drive the camper to and from OVRLND’s production facility in Flagstaff, AZ for repairs. OVRLND is not responsible for, and the owner hereby releases OVRLND from, any and all damages, claims, or liabilities for incidental expenses including, but not limited to, towing, transportation, lodging, travel, gasoline, loss of pay, loss of use of the truck or product, or inconvenience.

DISCLAIMERS

THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE LIMITED EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE AND NO AGENTS OR DEALERS HAVE AUTHORITY TO MODIFY OR EXTEND ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES BEYOND THE SCOPE OF WARRANTIES CONTAINED HEREIN. THE FOREGOING LIMITED EXPRESS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED BY OVRLND, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL OVRLND BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN THE EVENT ANY LIMITATION IS HELD UNENFORCEABLE, OVRLND’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. THIS WARRANTY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ARIZONA.
